Aces Annual Picnic

The Aces Annual Picnic is coming up on Friday, September 18th, from 5-7 p.m. at the Wildcat pavilion. It’s a great opportunity to catch up with fellow Aces and have our significant others get to know each other better.

We’ll have BBQ pulled pork, beef, and sausage, plus three sides and dessert. Bottled water and ice will be available, but feel free to bring your own drink of choice. The cost is $20 per person, payable in cash at the picnic. Please bring the exact amount! Name tags will be given at check-in as you pay and will serve as your ticket.

We can comfortably accommodate 80 folks, so don’t miss out, sign-up is easy. Go to the Aces website and follow the link.

If you need to cancel, let us know as soon as possible but at least 4 days in advance of the picnic before the food order is finalized.
